Our new breakfast options include items like fresh baked Breakfast Stromboli available a la carte or as a Group Solution accompanied by fresh fruit and our all new Roasted Tomato Salsa.
Or how about our new BYO Breakfast Taco Bar with our wired home fries and thick cut bacon. Need something lighter? How about our European Breakfast with flaky croissants, preserves, fresh fruit and cheese. PSSST… We’re also introducing Bacon Stuffed French Toast!

Lunch

Our team has created several new options for lunch starting off with our creative group solutions like the Mediterranean Party: Greek Chicken Skewers, Pepper and Onion Skewers, Feta cheese, Kalamata olives, lemon herb rice w/Roasted Onion Hummus, pepperoncini, Tzatziki sauce, pita & lemon bars. Or how about Wired Yakitori: Teriyaki chicken skewers, Japanese inspired chicken meatball skewers & Ponzu glazed Zucchini skewers. Served w/tangy cucumber salad, steamed rice & salted edamame pods.

Salads

Don’t forget to add a salad like our brand-new Strawberry Fields Salad: Baby spinach, Feta cheese, cucumber, red onion, candied walnuts, strawberries, bacon, served w/Apple Cider Vinaigrette.

A La Carte

Lunch Buffet We’ve also come up with some great new a la carte options like Stuffed Shells in three great flavors sure to please your whole office like: Italian Sausage, Pesto Chicken and Spinach and Artichoke. Need a gluten free option try out our new Wired Taquitos: Rolled corn tortillas filled w/roasted chicken breast, Enchilada sauce, sharp white Cheddar & Jack cheese, cilantro, sweet corn & black beans. Our Holiday Menu focuses on the basics while still giving you the flexibly to create your own holiday experience that is perfect for your office.

Appetizers

Start your holiday feast with fresh appetizer platters like our Veggie Crudité, Gourmet Cheese and Crackers or our Shrimp Cocktail only available for the holidays. Want to offer something really special? Consider our hot hors d’ouvres with LW favorites like Sausage Stuffed Rolls or our Spicy Buffalo Chicken Meatballs.

Salads

Our salads are fresh and always made to order. Just for the holidays we have the perfect accompaniment to your holiday meal. Our Autumn Salad features roasted parsnips, carrots and candied walnuts tossed with mixed greens, Gorgonzola cheese and our scratch Balsamic Vinaigrette.

We offer three signature proteins all served with fresh baked rolls:

The Turkey

Whole roasted butter basted turkey is prepared so the white meat is never dry and the dark meat is succulent. Turkey is presented pre-sliced so your buffet is easily enjoyed by all. Our turkey is served real pan gravy that rich and authentic!

Honey Glazed Ham

Roasted with clover honey and thyme our ham is full of flavor and served pre-sliced.

Garlic & Herb Crusted Ribeye

Holiday Event for Digital Global 2016 Prime Rib Carving Station

This knockout option is prepared medium-medium rare. Slow cooked and then butter basted to form a beautiful crust on completion. Served with Horseradish Aioli and Au jus. Our rib roast is served sliced or unsliced depending on the needs of your event.

Sides

Coupled with great sides like our popular Sweet Sausage Stuffing, Classic Mashed Potatoes or our roasted green beans with candied walnuts your holiday menu is sure to please your group.

Desserts

No Office Holiday Party is complete without LW’s signature desserts featuring Harvest Hand Pies- Fresh baked puff pastry filled with cinnamon apple, pumpkin or tart cherry. These individual hand pies are sure to send your event over the top. A beautiful fruit tray, scratch bake cookie or dessert bars are also a great way to go and provide a great selection for you group.
